Two Rolls of Heavy-Duty Foil: Compare Coverage Before Buying

Buying aluminum foil by the box starts with two separate questions: what one listed unit contains, and whether that format matches the jobs you actually plan to do. A large coverage number is useful only when you keep the roll count and the intended uses visible.
Read the listed unit before changing cart quantity
The current Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty aluminum foil listing contains two rolls with 150 square feet on each roll. One listed unit therefore contains 300 square feet in total. A cart quantity of two would mean four rolls and 600 square feet, assuming the selected listing remains unchanged.
Square footage is an area measurement. It does not tell you the roll width, the length of each sheet you will tear off, or how many pans one box will cover. Confirm the current package dimensions before comparing the foil with a particular pan, grill, or storage task.
Match the foil format to the task
The manufacturer’s Heavy Duty Foil guidance describes the product as a thicker foil for tasks that need extra sturdiness and identifies oven, grill, and freezer uses. Follow the current package and appliance directions for the job you choose.
Heavy Duty is a product type, not a promise that every foil feature is included. Do not assume this roll is pre-cut, non-stick, extra-wide, or interchangeable with another Reynolds foil product unless the current package states it. A photo or familiar box color is not enough to establish those details.
Estimate from the foil you actually use
For one ordinary week, note the tasks that use foil and measure or estimate the length removed from the roll using one consistent method. Record unusual events, such as a large gathering, separately so they do not become the default purchasing pattern.
If your team uses 25 square feet in a typical week, the listed 300-square-foot total represents 12 weeks by arithmetic. If use is 50 square feet per week, it represents six weeks. These examples translate measured use into inventory time; they do not predict waste, cooking results, storage life, or how much foil any household should use.
Keep the package details available
Store the rolls with their original boxes so the product identity and current directions remain available. Check the cutting edge and box condition before use, and keep the supply where it will not be mistaken for a different foil format.
Before reordering, compare the remaining rolls, the observed use rate, available storage, and the current product page. Review checkout charges separately from package quantity. A larger order is not automatically a better value when the format, storage space, or planned use does not fit.
